"I'm real happy. We've had a really good race car the last three or four weeks, but we just can't seem to get the end result that we need. Fatback and these guys are coming together and I'm real pleased with that. That's not a pole, but it's like a pole for the way we've been running up until about four weeks ago."
HOW KEY IS ATTITUDE AND CONFIDENCE? "That's a big part of it. We had a lot of key ingredients, but we were just missing a couple of key personnel to turn it around. It's not like everything has been changed. We've just brought in two guys and it has taken off. I can't say enough. Each week that Fatback and these guys are working together, this stuff is gonna get better."
