RICKY RUDD - No. 21 Motorcraft Genuine Parts Taurus (will start 26th) - "Just disappointed. This car we came here with also ran at Sonoma and it ran so good out there. We tried to run the Sonoma set-up yesterday and it wasn't even close, and we made a couple of stabs at it, and then the weather caught us. We're a test behind. I know the car is capable of running, and right now it could be as simple as just we missed the air pressure. But the car just wouldn't get into the race track, it was just up on top of the race track, no side bite, real loose under throttle, so we just didn't have much going for us. The motor ran good, that's a plus. But, it could be as simple as the air pressure. But coming here untested, you can test at VIR, you can test at other tracks, but it really doesn't make a huge difference, you need to test at these race tracks, and I think we're getting beat by it pretty good right now."
